<p>The method involves connecting a coaxial positioned tire carcass in a region of a tire bead with a tire carcass over a core wedging on a crowning drum arranged close to side walls (2, 3). The side walls are turned up with a high beat unit laterally at the tire carcass. The tire carcass is joined with a coaxial arranged belt tread package and tied up on both sides. The package is freely accessible from an outer side and inside of tire beads. A tire slug is finished for feed-through of following applications at the tire bead.</p>
