The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide capture device including a wind blower. The carbon dioxide capture device according to the present invention comprises an absorption column for generating a saturable absorber for carbon dioxide by making a mixed gas including carbon dioxide react with an absorber; a stripper for receiving the saturable absorber for carbon dioxide, separating carbon dioxide and regenerating the absorber; a discharge pipe connected to the absorption column and discharging the mixed gas having carbon dioxide removed therefrom; and a wind blower disposed at the discharge pipe and inhaling the mixed gas having carbon dioxide removed therefrom from the inside of the absorption column.
