摘要 Treating waste containing non-inert heavy metal comprises introducing first waste into a calcining furnace, introducing a phosphating agent into the calcining furnace, and calcining the first waste in the presence of the phosphating agent. The phosphating agent comprises at least one salt (S) of at least one metal other than heavy metal, where the salt (S) is derived from phosphorus and is in ionic form, and optionally at least one acid (A) that is derived from phosphorus and is in ionic form. The salt (S) consists of: mono- or poly- phosphate group; and (ii) polymetaphosphates salts. Treating waste containing non-inert heavy metal comprises introducing the first waste into a calcining furnace, introducing a phosphating agent in the calcining furnace, and calcining the first waste in the presence of the phosphating agent. The phosphating agent comprises at least one salt (S) of at least one metal other than heavy metal, where the salt (S) is derived from phosphorus and is in ionic form, and optionally at least one acid (A) that is derived from phosphorus and is in ionic form. The salt (S) consists of: (i) salts (S1) comprising at least one mono- or poly- phosphate group of formula (-O(1)-(P[(=O)(-O(1)-)]-O) x-P[(=O)(-O(1)-)]-O(1)-) (I); (ii) polymetaphosphates salts (S2) of formula (II); and (iii) salts (S3) comprising at least one mono- or poly- phosphite group of formula (-O(1)-(P[(=O)(H)]-O) z-P[(=O)(H)]-O(1)-) (III). The acid (A) consists of: (ia) mono- or poly- phosphoric acid (A1) of formula (H-O-(P[(=O)(O-H)]-O) x 1-P[(=O)(O-H)]-O-H) (IV); and (iia) mono- or poly- phosphorous acid (A2) of formula H-O-(P[(=O)(H)]-O) z 1-P[(=O)(H)]-O-H (V), where the total weight of phosphorous content in the salt (S) based on the total weight of phosphorus contained in the at least one salt S and the acid (A) is 50-100% and the total weight of phosphorous content in the salt (S) and acid (A) based on the total weight of phosphorous contained in the phosphating agent is 50-100%. x : 0 or greater than 0, where (3+x) atoms of oxygens marked with (O(1)) are bonded to hydrogen atom or a metal atom other than heavy metal, provided that one of the oxygen atoms is bonded with a metal atom other than heavy metal; y : at least 3, where y atoms of oxygen marked with (O(1)) are bonded to hydrogen atom or a metal atom other than heavy metal; z : 0 or greater than 0, where 2 atoms of oxygen oxygens marked with (O(1)) are bonded to hydrogen atom or a metal atom other than heavy metal or other atom of oxygen marked with (O(1)) are bonded to hydrogen atom either a metal atom other than heavy metal; and x1, z1 : 0 or greater than 0.
