The present invention relates to an apparatus for acquiring bio information by using a chair. The purpose of the present invention is to acquire continuously the bio information by installing bio signal sensor at an armrest, a back and a seat of the chair mainly used in daily life or an office for acquiring the bio information and making compensations possible in spite of an error such as a contact degradation at a place, to calculate parameters for determining a health state, a stress state or an emotion state of a user, and to analyze a sitting posture state by distributing a plurality of pressure sensors to the back and the seat of the chair and acquiring data measured via each of the pressure sensors. The present invention comprises: an armrest bio signal measurement part for measuring the electrocardiogram (ECG), the GSR and the PPG from the arm or the palm of the user in contact with the armrest; a back ECG sensor installed on the back of the chair for measuring the ECG signal from the back of the user in contact with the back of the chair; a seat ECG sensor installed on the seat of the chair for measuring the ECG signal from the hips of the user in contact with the seat of the chair; and a bio information processor for receiving the bio signal measured from the armrest bio signal measurement part, the back ECG sensor and the seat ECG sensor and transmitting processed bio information or raw bio signal data to a personal computer or a smartphone.
