摘要 The present invention relates to a non-destructive test device for spot welded joints using an industrial robot. Desirably, an ultrasound inspecting device (using Local Immersion Method) is mounted on the top-end of an arm of a vertical multi-joint robot in order to radiate ultrasound waves on spot welded joints over a car spot welded product. Then, the reflecting echo is visualized so that naked eyes can easily check the welded joints for a defect of welding using an LCD monitor. The non-destructive test device comprises a jig (10) which is to seat a car spot welded product (20); a medium coating device (50) which is mounted on the top-end of an arm (41) of a vertical multi-joint robot (40) in order to move to a welded joint of the spot welded product (20) and coat an ultrasound wave medium (30), and which is actuated by a piston (52) of a cylinder (51); an ultrasound inspecting device (60) which is mounted in the upper side of the medium coating device (50) in order to radiate ultrasound waves on a welded joint (21) coated with the ultrasound wave medium (30); and an LCD monitor (70) which displays by visualizing the reflecting echo of the radiate ultrasound waves by the ultrasound inspecting device (60).
