The device is of the type that has an elongate handle and a head that connects to an end portion of said elongate handle. The device is characterized in that the head (1) comprises a rocking support member (16) connected to the elongate handle, whereby said rocking support member (16) is mobilized, at the same time being articulated within a fixed support member (15), the rocking support member (16) being articulated in the latter by means of a transverse bolt (17) that joins the two support members (15-16), further comprising a folding frame (2) that supports a bag (3). Folding of the folding frame (2) and bag (3) assembly is achieved during rearward rocking of the elongate handle (4) by means of push elements of the rocking support member (16), which push semicircumferential frameworks (5) of the folding frame (2) upwards, reducing the angular amplitude therebetween and bringing said frameworks closer together. |
