The laryngeal mask head (1) has a dorsally arranged cover plate (9) and a supraglottic tube (2) connected to the cover plate. A cuff (4) is provided, which surrounds a ventral respiration chamber. The cuff comprises non-pneumatic units (6) for flexible size adjustment in the medial-lateral direction and dorsal-ventral direction. The non-pneumatic units are open channels (10). The channels for size adjustment are extended in the cuff on both sides of a central axis (14) of laryngeal mask head arranged in the running direction of the cuff.
