<p>Disclosed are a terminal information obtaining device and method in a heterogeneous terminal environment, comprising: storing terminal information uploaded by one or more heterogeneous terminals, extracting characteristic information from the stored terminal information, describing the extracted characteristic information by using a uniform language or syntax, classifying the characteristic information described by using the uniform language or syntax, and storing the classified characteristic information; or, first describing the stored information by using the uniform language or syntax, and then extracting the characteristic information described by using the uniform language or syntax. Through the present invention, effective obtaining of the terminal information in the multiple heterogeneous terminal environments may be implemented.</p> |
