The underwater-compressed air-energy storage has a closed pressure receptacle for accommodating and storage of compressed air or such gaseous medium, where walls of a pressure medium reservoir consist of a flexible or elastic sea-water resistant material. The pressure medium reservoirs are positioned in direct proximity or in the near area of a plant generating the regenerating energy, and are used for storage of energy-containing gases or gaseous raw materials.
