A system and a method for implementing multi-APN networking for a terminal. The system comprises an application layer module and a driver module. The application layer module is configured to send to the driver module a networking request carrying multiple pieces of APN information. The driver module is configured to parse the multiple pieces of APN information from the networking request received from the application layer module, and initiate network links according to each piece of APN information. Embodiments of the present invention achieve an effect that one networking request is used for requesting networking of multiple access points at the same time.
