<p>The wheel has an outer sleeve (12) and an inner sleeve (14) defining a cellular structure (17) established from a network, where the network is formed in a cross-section of cellular wall components (19) and the cellular wheel is made of metal. Cell edges (20) are defined on two adjacent axial planes (21) of adjacent cylindrical surfaces (18a-18c). An annular space between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve is divided by the cellular wall components in a set of rotationally symmetrical cells (22, 22', 22''). The cell edges are aligned parallel to an axis of rotation. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a cellular wheel.</p> |
