PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker which is compact and user-friendly, and can cook rice safely and deliciously.SOLUTION: A rice cooker 100 includes a water tank 20 that stores water to be supplied in a pot-shaped container 5 and water generated and condensed in the pot-shaped container 5; and a water supply/steam path 12 that supplies the water in the water tank 20 to the pot-shaped container 5 and leads steam generated in the pot-shaped container 5 to the water tank 20. In a lid body 10, a freely openable and closable lid vent hole 10d is formed which allows air to come in and out of the pot-shaped container 5. |
