The vehicle has an airbag module (3) arranged in a housing (31) when the airbag module is in inactive state. A firing channel (4) is fixed on an instrument panel (2). The panel is coupled to the airbag module during a mounting movement (B) of the panel. The firing channel guides an inflating airbag (32) in an activation direction. The firing channel is provided with a mechanical counter-interface (7) during mounting movement of the panel. A reversible coupling of the housing is located in an assembly direction (R) that is transverse to the activation direction.
