PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for a user in displaying an image.SOLUTION: A rectangular frame image Im11b is displayed at a position indicated by display position information. The frame image Im11b indicates which position in a reduced image Im11a is returned to an original size image Im11 when the reduced image Im11a is returned to the original size image Im11. When operation is performed for enlarging the reduced image once displayed through reduction operation and returning it to the original size image, an image in the frame image Im11b is enlarged and displayed as the original size image. A user checks the frame image Im11b on the reduced image to know what kind of display is provided when the reduced image displayed on a controller 100 is returned to the original size image.
