PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily check contents of a plurality of files without giving troublesome feeling when the plurality of files are associated.SOLUTION: A compression section 42 generates a thumbnail image file in a first page of one file of a plurality of files and generates a compressed file obtained by archiving and compressing the plurality of files in response to selection of the plurality of files received by a UI section 41 and selection of the one file of the plurality of files. A transmission section 43 transmits not only the selected compressed file but also the thumbnail image file of a name which is made to correspond to the compressed file to a selected transmission destination in response to the selection of the compressed file received by the UI section 41 and the transmission destination. |
