PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a drill structure and a drill structure.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a drill structure comprises steps of: forming knurling grooves on an outer surface of one end of a drill bit cutting edge part; and fixedly providing a drill shank composed of an engineering plastic by injection molding to cover one end of the drill bit cutting edge part with one end of the drill shank; and filling the knurling grooves with the engineering plastic. The engineering plastic has a hardness of greater than 20 HRC, and a heatproof temperature of 100-400°C. A drill structure is also provided. The drill structure can reduce a material cost and a manufacturing cost. |
