PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece and a piezoelectric device which prevent insulation resistance failure.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration piece (130) includes: a vibration part (131) vibrating at a predetermined frequency; a frame part (132) enclosing the vibration part; and one connection part (133) connecting the vibration part with the frame part. A first extraction electrode (135a) is extracted from an excitation electrode (134a) formed on one surface to the frame part through one main surface of the connection part, and a second extraction electrode (135b) is extracted from an excitation electrode (134b) formed on the other main surface to the frame part through the other main surface of the connection part, a side surface of the connection part, and the one main surface of the connection part. A distance between a first side (137a), which is a first extraction electrode's side located at the second extraction electrode side and is formed ranging from the connection part on the one surface to the frame part, and a second side (137b), which is a second extraction electrode's side located at the first extraction electrode side and is formed ranging from the connection part on the one main surface to the frame part, is larger in the frame part than in the connection part. |
