PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller which allows for optimization of power supply amount and power use amount.SOLUTION: A power controller includes (A) a power supply controller 50 which controls power supply to an electric apparatus 80 for a predetermined time at a predetermined interval, and (B) a trigger device 30 which operates the power supply controller by using information from an external information source 13 as a trigger. Furthermore, the power controller preferably includes a memory device 40 for storing a power reduction amount generated by control of power supply to the electric apparatus 80, and communication means 60. |
