PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of measurement using an indoor positioning signal.SOLUTION: A communication device transmits a positioning signal including position information representing an indoor position at which the communication device is installed, and includes transmission means for transmitting transmission signal intensity of the positioning signal used by an information processing terminal receiving the positioning signal and performing positioning to improve positioning accuracy, with the transmission signal intensity included in the positioning signal.
