PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a solution to the problem as to whether it is possible to separate oil by heat decomposition without incorporating hydrochloric acid from: waste plastics which cannot be regenerated due to laws for the use of medical wastes and packages and containers for infectious diseases and consequently are disposed in land; or waste materials containing chlorides such as seat materials or interior materials to be shredded for automatic decomposition, especially medical wastes containing water of more than half of their volumes.SOLUTION: Under a plate column which concentrates a high temperature gas during heat decomposition, a separation tank is installed. Water is filled in the separation tank, and an insertion tube is inserted in water inside the separation tank from a bottom of a plate column. The insertion tube is surrounded from all sides, and a distillate containing a mixture of an oil, acids and water is emitted. Then, the distillate can be separated into the oil and water containing the acids. |
