The solar cell according to one embodiment comprises: a base substrate; a back electrode layer formed on the base substrate; an optical absorption layer formed on the back electrode layer; a buffer layer formed on the optical absorption layer; a high-resistance buffer layer formed on the buffer layer; and a front electrode layer formed on the high-resistance buffer layer. A hole penetrates through the optical absorption layer and the buffer layer. The method for manufacturing a solar cell according to one embodiment comprises: a step of forming a back electrode layer on a substrate; a step of forming an optical absorption layer on the back electrode layer; a step of forming a buffer layer on the optical absorption layer; a step of etching a portion of the buffer layer; and a step of forming a front electrode layer on the buffer layer. |
