The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a safety hook, which is pivotally mounted on the lower surface of a hood and formed into a curved shape, and a safety catcher, which is mounted on the upper end of an FEM carrier located under the hood on a vehicle body and comprises a stopper wherein the end of the safety hook is bound. The upper surface of the FEM carrier is directed upward to face the hood and the front surface is directed toward the front side of the vehicle body. The safety catcher is mounted so that the stopper is placed in the front and upper sides of the FEM carrier. The FEM carrier comprises a through hole on the upper surface so that the safety hook moves into the stopper to be bound. The invention is provided to reduce damage to pedestrians when the pedestrians run into the invention by increasing a space for shock-absorbing in the hood.
