PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy material which is used to various kinds of aluminum alloy structures and can join even in the form of a single layer without deforming before and after joining.SOLUTION: In the aluminum alloy material composed by mass% of 1.0-5.0% Si, 0.01-2.0% Fe and the balance Al with inevitable impurities; Si-based intermetallic compounds having 0.5-5 μm equivalent circle diameter, exist as 1.3×10-2.2×10pieces/mmand Al-based intermetallic compounds having 0.5-5 μm equivalent circle diameter, exsist as 1.3×10-3.3×10pieces/mm, in the cross-sectional plane of the aluminum alloy material. The aluminum alloy structure is produced by joining at such a temperature that the mass-ratio of a liquid-phase generated in the aluminum alloy material to the whole mass of the aluminum alloy material, becomes 5%-35% in the vacuum or the non-oxidizing atmosphere. |
