PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation panel which has a high efficiency of heat transfer and a manufacturing cost of which can be reduced.SOLUTION: A radiation panel includes: a single panel 1 or a panel 1 composed of a plurality of single panels 11 connected to constitute a single sheet; and a heat exchange pipe 2 in which a heat medium flows. The panel 1 comprises an extrusion molded product, and integrally includes a main part 111 and a pipe support part 112. The main part 111 has a heat exchange face 1a at a front side. The pipe support part 112 extends from one end to the other end of the panel 1 at the backside of the main part 111 and supports a linear part 21 of the heat exchange pipe 2 by fitting, and in a cross-sectional view, the pipe support part covers more than a half of an outer peripheral edge of the heat exchange pipe 2. |
