PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker which detects the state of a heated object while it is in a heating container and executes heating control based on the information, thereby improving the cooking unevenness of the heated object and making a cooking time proper.SOLUTION: A cooker 100 includes: an electromagnetic wave source 7 that irradiates an electromagnetic wave toward a heated object in a heating container 4; an electromagnetic wave detecting means 8 that detects the electromagnetic wave radiated from the electromagnetic wave source 7 and transmitted through or reflected on the heated object in the heating container 4; and a control means that controls power supplied to a heating coil 5 based on the change in the electromagnetic wave detected by the electromagnetic wave detecting means 8. |
