<p>Disclosed are an organic electroluminescent device and a preparation method therefor and a display device. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a substrate (1), an anode layer (2), a cathode layer (10) and an organic functional layer. The organic functional layer comprises a light-emitting layer (6). The light-emitting layer (6) comprises three sub-light-emitting layers adjacent to each other in sequence, that is, a first sub-light-emitting layer (61) near the anode layer, a second sub-light-emitting layer (62), and a third sub-light-emitting layer (63) near the cathode layer. The organic electroluminescent device can effectively increase the utilization efficiency of a carrier, thus increasing the luminous efficiency of the organic electroluminescent device.</p> |
