PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually control power supply to a plurality of circuits.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a CPU; a memory from which data is read and to which data is written when the CPU performs arithmetic processing; a signal processing circuit which generates an output signal by converting a data signal generated by the CPU arithmetic processing; a first power supply control switch which controls power voltage supply to the CPU; a second power supply control switch which controls power voltage supply to the memory; a third power supply control switch which controls power voltage supply to the signal processing circuit; and a controller with at least a function which individually controls each of the first to third power supply control switches according to an input signal, an instruction signal input from the CPU, and an instruction signal input from the signal processing circuit.
