PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage system which can extract energy of individual cartridges sufficiently, while eliminating the energy balance processing between cartridges by leveling.SOLUTION: A power storage system 6 consists of a parallel connection of a plurality of cartridges 100_1-100_4 each consisting of a connection of a plurality of cells, and each individual cartridge maintains a voltage that can be converted into a commercial voltage, independently. The power storage system 6 provides switch circuits 210_i(i=1-4), bidirectional DC-AC inverter 63_i having an input node for connection with the switch circuit 210_i, and a bidirectional DC-DC converter 64_i having an input node for connection with the output node of bidirectional DC-AC inverter 63_i and an output node for connection with the cartridge, between a node outputting a commercial voltage, so as to correspond with respective cartridges. The power storage system 6 also includes a control circuit 62 for controlling conduction and non-conduction of a plurality of switch circuits 210_i. |
