PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collection device capable of suppressing electric power consumption at a response time for battery residual of a terminal in a system for managing battery residual of the terminal, an information collection method, and an information collection program.SOLUTION: The information collection device for collecting information showing battery residual of a radio terminal comprises: a group generation part 11 for grouping a plurality of radio terminals 200-1 to 200-n that are to be collection objects and generating group information showing correspondences between groups and radio terminals belonging to the groups; a request object terminal determination part 13 for, on the basis of the group information and topology information showing connection relationships of respective radio terminals, determining a request object terminal for making a notification of information showing battery residual for respective groups; and a battery residual request part 14 for requesting information showing battery residual from the request object terminal. |
