PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion key with a locking confirming function that has its structure and operation simplified, securely exhibits a display function, and makes it easy to confirm whether locking is done.SOLUTION: There is provided an insertion key with a locking confirming function that includes a key board 3 having a key head part 1 and a key insert part 2 projected integrally from the key head part 1 and inserted into a keyhole, and a cover member 4 mounted on the key head part 1, the cover member 4 being given the locking confirming function. The cover member 4 has a recessed place 5 in which the key head part 1 is accommodated, and is provided with a projection 6 for display which is put in and out as the key head part 1 accommodated in the recessed place 5 moves. The projection 6 for display is put in and out of the cover member 4 as the key head part 1 is moved in the recessed place 5 with pressing-in force applied when the key insert part 2 is inserted into the keyhole. |
