The present invention relates to a device for customized-mending and agent planning by using a body picture of an e-commerce customer, a method, and a system including a step that a mending information processing device collects a predetermined reference body value (example: height) required for calculating a picture ratio and a body picture of a customer from a client terminal, a step that each body size of the customer matched with a display window is calculated according to the picture ratio and the body picture, a step that a product image synthesized with a body of the customer is generated by synthesizing the body suitable for each body size with the product image (example: cloth) matched with the display window, and a step that the image synthesized with the body is transmitted to client terminal. The closet mending type to what the customer wants can be performed and delivered as the customer can adjusts a desired mending part with a cursor as much as the customer wants while watching a state of the product synthesized with the body of the customer on the picture.
