PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas detector capable of shortening a period from start up to stabilization of an output value.SOLUTION: The gas detector includes: a heating resistor 15 whose resistance value is changed in accordance with temperature change thereof; an energization control unit 21 for controlling a temperature of the heating resistor 15; a temperature measuring resistor 16 to be used for measurement of an environmental temperature; and an operation unit 30 for finding out a concentration of inflammable gas obtained by operation by using an environmental temperature found out from inter-terminal voltages of the heating resistor 15 in a high-temperature period and a low-temperature period and the resistance value of the temperature measuring resistor 16. The operation unit 30 executes arithmetic processing by using a first high-temperature side average value and a first low-temperature side average value obtained by moving average processing of a plurality of inter-terminal voltages in the high-temperature period and the low-temperature period in a main operation period, and executes arithmetic processing on the basis of a second high-temperature side average value and a second low-temperature side average value obtained by average processing of inter-terminal voltages smaller than that of the main operation period similarly to the main operation period in a predetermined rise operation period after starting the arithmetic processing. |
