PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reader that achieves the simplification of operation to be performed when feeding sheets which are different in size are placed to coexist on a placing part to an image reading part, and can convey the sheets in a non-skewing state to the image reading part.SOLUTION: An image reader is provided with: a registration roller 61 for correcting the skew of the sheet by making the end of the sheet P on a downstream side in a sheet feeding direction abut thereon; and a pulling roller 56 for conveying the sheet to the registration roller 61 in which the center of an array of rollers 56a, 56b and 56c of the pulling roller 56 in a direction orthogonal to the sheet feeding direction is positioned nearer to the side of a right regulating plate 40 than the center of the sheet conveyance path 46 in the direction orthogonal to the sheet feeding direction. |
