PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adopt a line buffer system in the case of improving plotting performance by using a plurality of image processors, and to prevent the reading of the same data from an ROM from being redundantly performed, and to prevent a high processing load from being imposed on a host device.SOLUTION: A plurality of image processors are daisy chain-connected to a host device. The uppermost stream image processor reads a command string from the ROM in accordance with a plotting instruction from the host device, and performs the rendering of the undermost layer in accordance with a command to be executed by its own device, and transfers the rending result to a downstream side, and transfers the other commands to the downstream side. Another image processor receives the rendering result and the command to be transferred from the upstream side, and performs processing of performing the rendering of a layer in charge by superimposing it on the rendering result of the upstream side in accordance with the command to be executed by its own device, and transfers the other commands to the downstream side. |
