PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct suction negative pressure metal cutting and dust collecting base employed to a dust collection technology of a machine.SOLUTION: In a direct suction negative pressure metal cutting and dust collecting base having a laser gun for cutting and a dust collecting base on upper and lower sides of a machine base, respectively, the dust collecting base includes a dust collection space and a slight vicinal air path therein. A dust collection hole is provided in the vicinal air path, and an air hole cover is provided at the upper side of the vicinal air path. Metal smoke enters the vicinal air path through the dust collection hole, and slag falls to the bottom of the dust collection space through the air hole cover. A main air path, an air door, an air hole, a dust collection path, and the vicinal air path are provided at one side of the dust collection base corresponding to a door open slider so as to extend from the outside to the inside. The main air path joined to a wind turbine engine through piping. A joint member is provided at the main air path. The joint member is joined to the air door at one end, and pressed by the door open slider at the other end to form a state of a seesaw. |
