PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurence of sink marks in a display design part of a switch knob of an illumination display switch device during molding.SOLUTION: An illumination display switch device includes: a substrate 13 on which a pressing button type switch 11 and a light source 12 are mounted; and a switch knob 6 supported by a frame so as to slide in an operation direction of the pressing button type switch 11 and illuminates a display design part 15a formed in the switch knob from a rear surface using outgoing light of the light source 12. In the switch knob 6, the display design part is molded by a translucent resin and a portion other than the display design part is molded by a non-translucent resin. A light guide body 16 is integrally molded with the translucent resin of the display design part 15a. The light guide body 16 includes: a base part 16a integrally molded with the display design part 15a; and an arm part 16b extending from the base part and connected with a switch part 11a of the pressing button type switch. |
