In a control server having a plurality of protocols of different kinds, the present invention relates to an integrated control system and method of an uninterruptible power supply searching automatically a protocol used in an uninterruptible power supply and making connection and includes an uninterruptible power supply supplying power to equipment and using a unique device protocol; a control server having two or more control protocols, selecting automatically and sequentially a control protocol, transmitting a status request code included in the protocol to the uninterruptible power supply, and setting the control protocol as a protocol for controlling the uninterruptible power supply if a status information code of device protocol received from the uninterruptible power supply is equal to one of a status information codes included in the selected control protocol. According to the present invention, a protocol can be automatically checked and controlled even if the protocol which the UPS is using is unknown by searching automatically the protocol which the UPS is using and controlling the UPS, the control server having a plurality of protocols of different companies and kinds.
