This turbine exhaust structure and gas turbine are configured with a turbine cylinder (26) being provided that configures a combustion gas pathway (›) by forming a tubular shape, and an exhaust diffuser (31) that configures an exhaust gas pathway (B) by forming a tubular shape being connected to the turbine cylinder (26). By providing a pressure loss body (61) to the exhaust diffuser (31), it is possible to increase performance by increasing turbine efficiency by performing efficient exhaust gas pressure recovery.
