PURPOSE: An intelligent scheduling management agent is provided to enable a user to check fulfillment of a planned schedule by inferring current action of the user by using context information of the user. CONSTITUTION: A user information collection device collects user information through a mobile device. A context pre processor constitutes context by using the user information. A schedule guide unit (110) recommends or feeds back the schedule by inferring the action of a user by using the context. The context is hierarchical position context, hierarchical time context, weather context and schedule context tree. The hierarchical position context is obtained through leveling by using main action base of the user as reference position in the sequence of being distant from the reference position.
