The support has multiple individual woven textile layers held together by bonding agents or by vulcanization with rubber or synthetic rubber. Inserted reinforcement layers are attached to upper- or lower sides of the support, which is made of fabric composite and non-woven fabric. A transverse direction corresponds to a working direction (A) of a flexible- or semi-rigid fitting, where maximal tensile strength (FL) of the support in a longitudinal direction (6) is greater than maximal tensile strength (FQ) of the support in the transverse direction.
