PURPOSE: Printed circuit board having an abrasion resistant and highly rigid terminal unit and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the electrical conductivity by increasing corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A copper base layer (30) and a circuit pattern are formed on a printed circuit board. The copper base layer (30) is to be a terminal unit. A solder resist layer is formed in a part except for the copper base layer. A nickel layer (50) is formed on the copper base layer. An alloy layer (50) is formed on the nickel layer.
