<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for absorbing waste heat generated from a plurality of gas heating cooking devices to utilize the heat in supplying hot water. <P>SOLUTION: This waste heat utilizing system for a commercial kitchen where the plurality of gas heating cooking devices including at least a gas fryer and a gas range are disposed comprises heat absorbing members disposed on the circumference of a gas combustion chamber, an exhaust port and other heating spots of each gas heating cooking device, a supply water circulating circuit for making the heat absorbing members adjacent to each other in series communicate with each other, and connecting the, a water supply pipe conduit from an aqueduct to the supply water circulating circuit, and a hot water supply pipe conduit from the water supply circulating circuit to a hot water storage tank, the supply water in a process of being forcibly circulated in the supply water circulating circuit by a circulation pump absorbs the waste heat generated from heating spots of each gas heating cooking device, so that the hot water/water in a temperature rising state is supplied to the hot water storage tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
