PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which increases the strength of a cam part of an actuator even when a stabilizer for pressing the actuator against a contact is not formed, reduces the height of the whole connector, and prevents the actuator positioned at an opening position from falling from an insulator. SOLUTION: The connector includes: projection parts 55 which project from an actuator 50, form a cam part, and have first shaft parts 54 protruding in a width direction of a connection object 70; support projection parts 30 which are projectingly provided on an insulator 20, are arranged in line with the projection parts in the width direction and formed over a surface facing the connection object and a surface opposed to the projection parts, and have support recessed parts 31 supporting the first shaft parts rotatably; and support parts 64 which support the actuator so that first projections are positioned in the support recessed parts.
