<p>The invention relates to a device (10; 10a) for producing components (5) encapsulated by a plastic compound (1), comprising a moulding tool (11; 11a) which has at least two moulding elements (13, 14) co-operating with one another in a parting plane (15), wherein a recess (17, 18) is formed in the two moulding elements (13, 14) for configuring the external shape of the component (5) encapsulated by the plastic compound (1), and wherein in at least one of the moulding elements (13, 14) a ventilation channel (27; 27a) is configured, through which air or gas located in the moulding tool (11; 11a) when the plastic compound (1) is introduced into the moulding tool (11; 11a) can escape. According to the invention, the ventilation channel (27; 27a) is a part of a closure element (25; 25a) which prevents the plastic compound (1) from escaping from the ventilation channel (27; 27a).</p> |
