The present invention relates to a development of antistress beverage including sea tangle and Fucoidan. The antistress beverage containing Fucoidan of the present invention can effectively relieve human psychosocial stress. Functional antistress beverage is produced by mixing sea tangle extract beverage, 2.0 wt% of Fucoidan, and 0.55 wt% of food ingredients as a reinforcing agent.
