PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar antenna, a wireless module, and a wireless system which can eliminate the need for an electronic circuit or for routing of wiring lines and can adjust a resonance frequency with a simple arrangement. SOLUTION: The planar antenna 10 includes a fist layer 15, a second layer 18, and connecting conductors. The first layer 15 has a first plate-like dielectric material 11, an antenna conductor 12 located at one surface 11a side of the first dielectric material, and a grounding conductor 13 located at the other surface 11b side of the first dielectric material 11. The second layer 18 has a second plate-like dielectric material 16 laminated on the first layer 15, and a pad conductor 17 laminated on the second dielectric material 16. The connecting conductors connect the grounding conductor 13 and the pad conductor 17 together at the same potential while the antenna conductor 12 contacted with the second dielectric material 16 and the pad conductor 17 are kept at different potentials.
