The present invention relates to a Roman shade type blind paper which has loops continuously formed in a blind paper and a blind using the same. In the Roman shade type blind, the upper end of a front side blind paper (101) is fixated to a frame (110), the lower end of the front side blind paper (101) is fixated to a weight part (107), a loop string (103) operated so that loops (104) are formed in the front side blind paper (101) penetrates the rear side of the front side blind paper (101), the upper end of the loop string (103) is fixated to a winding rod (105), and the lower end of the loop string (103) is fixated to the weight part (107). The Roman shade type blind has characteristics of controlling the interval (L_1) and length (L_2/2) of the loops to be formed by consecutively passing the loop string (103) through the loops after weaving so that two or more loops (15) are repetitively formed within the set interval (l) of outer fabric (101b) by forming twofold inner and outer fabrics (101a) (101b) so that a pocket (111) is formed in the front side blind paper (101). |
