A method for setting out of boundaries of a land plot at the site involves preparatory works, setting and fixation of land plot boundaries, area calculation and preparation of cadastral plan of the plot of land. Plots are separated within the boundaries of a land plot, wherein survey is performed with use of large-precise survey instruments. The preparatory works are carried out with setting out a land plot at the site according to accuracy requirements, with analysis of information on land plots which can be used for setting out. Field reconnaissance of territory is carried out, boundaries of land plot are fixed at the site, optimum instrumentation plan is determined at turning points of land plot and cadastral plan is prepared. |
