PURPOSE: A photocure coating agent for the electrode protection is provided to have a rapid curing speed and less smells by selecting appropriate constitution components, controlling the weight ratio or using a method of inputting a small amount of materials with a high cross linkage. CONSTITUTION: A photocure coating agent for the electrode protection includes 0.1-3 weight% of a photoinitiator; 30-40 weight% of a multi-functional acrylic monomer; and 50-70 weight% of a multi-functional acrylic oligomer. The photoinitiator includes 1.5-2.5 weight% of a surface curing photoinitiator and 0.15-0.2 weight% of a deep part curing photoinitiator. The surface curing photoinitiator is DC-1173 (2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone). The deep part curing photoinitiator is IC-819 (phosphine oxide, phenyl bis(2,4,6-trimethyl benzoyl)). |
