The present invention relates to a level shifter circuit and a gate driver circuit including the same. According to the present invention, the level shifter circuit includes switching devices operated by different driving signals and connected to a DC power through resistance, a gain conversion part generating a second signal within the level of a first signal and operated by the first signal outputted by the switching devices, a noise removal part preventing the malfunction of the gain conversion part and connected to at least one output terminal among the switching devices. The gain conversion part proposes the level shifter circuit inputting the second signal to a high side gate driver circuit through an inverter circuit.
